spring comes to the newly-shadeless yard...

my dear shade tree was
on the right edge of the
garage wall there.
I'm sure the pines (on
the right going out of
this shot) will give me
enough very-late-afternoon
shade for me to get by,
but even this past weekend
I got mighty crabby having
to toil the soil in the f%$# sunshine....!

This bunch of yummy hellebore, daffs, forget-me-nots,
clem. montana, and viburnum will do me just fine, thanks!
